What is the AgeWell Collective and how will it help me specialize in working with the aging population?
The AWC curriculum has been meticulously designed to help you best learn and utilize its unique and cutting-edge content.
Each week you’ll be introduced to one of the four pillars (posture and corrective exercise, resistance and power training, balance training, and brain/cognitive training) of the AWC model. You’ll be able to instantly incorporate each week’s solution into your current training program.
At the end of each four-week block, you will be guided through the AWC Blueprint where you’ll discover how to integrate that month’s information into a comprehensive training program.
