Are you prepared to deal with the single, greatest potential in the fitness industry or will you be left behind?

The aging population presents with a variety of physical and cognitive needs that the fitness professional is uniquely positioned to address.

While many programs cater to the individual components of the aging process – posture, movement, resistance, balance, and cognitive training – there has yet to be a comprehensive approach that incorporates each of these components into an integrated program.

To make matters even more challenging, recent global events have made virtual and online training a necessity and has left many fitness professionals unsure of how to deliver appropriate and essential content to their older adult clientele.

Ushering in the new BLUEPRINT for training the older adult!

The Age Well Collective (AWC) ushers in a new paradigm for comprehensively addressing the physical and cognitive decline associated with the aging process.

The AWC was specifically created for fitness professionals just like you to enable you to deliver integrated, safe, and effective programs to your older adult population.

The AWC brings together industry experts who will help you comprehensively understand and address the primary domains of aging: posture and movement, cognitive health, balance, and resistance training.

You will discover real-world strategies for delivering the most appropriate assessments and designing corrective and functional exercises to improve posture, movement, balance, and cognitive health.

Additionally, in this new era of online training, you’ll discover how to create and deliver the most effective virtual programs so you are able to deliver high value and can easily differentiate yourself as an industry authority.
